I came into this location 2 days ago to pay my Verizon bill, and Robert promptly greeted me, and began pulling up my account information. I figured that it would be a quick transaction. However, he noticed that my bill was much higher than it should have been, and insisted that we dig further. He spent almost an hour of his time to find me a solution, without me even asking! This guy deserves a raise, and truly knows what customer service is! I am, once again, a happy verizon wireless customer! Thank you, Robert! I will be returning, and spreading the word throughout the community!
